Sugar Coma came to me with incredible baking talent but a brand that didn’t yet reflect the personality, warmth, and creativity behind the products.

Through brand strategy and visual exploration, we defined a playful yet polished identity that could flex across packaging, menus, signage, and social content without competing with the beauty of the baked goods themselves.

The result is a cohesive brand system full of personality, color, and charm — one that feels memorable, joyful, and instantly recognizable while allowing the products to remain the star of the show.
